Dr. Angela E. Lin

Lynne L Levitsky, MD

I am currently the Emeritus Chief of Pediatric Endocrinology and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School.  I am a past President of the Pediatric Endocrine Society and was the first head of the Education Council of that society.

I am a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and Yale Medical School. I am a co-director of the Turner Syndrome Center at Massachusetts General Hospital. My research interests involve carbohydrate metabolism including Type 2 Diabetes, and the endocrine effects of genetic disorders.

I am particularly interested in the nature of the growth problem in many people with Myhre syndrome and the metabolic effects of this genetic disorder on growth, physical development, body composition, and carbohydrate metabolism.
